Emma cooks...for once.
Emma and Jeff, Tuesday eve. Decided that halibut is delicious; my housemate mentioned it's also on the 'don't go there' list. Bugger. New white also a winner.
Hey: you cook often, and every time you do it's delicious! (Also, just for the record, the wine was Lucien Albrecht "Cuvée Romanus" Pinot Gris - delicious!)
Transplanted in 2012 from Canberra, Australia to the Gaspé Penninsula, Quebec where I live with my fellow Xavier in a little village named Cap'd'Espoir. (I would tell you the population but the town is part of Percé for statistical purposes. That's an indication already). I thought that a blog could be a great tool in keeping our family and friends updated on what we're doing, as well as sharing a little about this unique region that is sometimes referred to as the land 'au bout du monde' - at the end of the world.
